Our phone line has been out ALL day so far... So for those of you who have been trying to call... We're sorry, but it's out of our hands.. We called the phone company, and they weren't able to fix it over the phone, so we need to wait for a technician to come and check it out. Could be tomorrow.. Could be Monday.. Lame sauce.
Edit: Oceanic is AWESOME and a technician came out today! Phone works again. :)

As for this Saturday, New Year's Eve, we will be closed!  Here comes 2012, so we'll see you all next year (Monday)!! Happy New Year, everyone!  - MUCH love, the Farsyde Family.

Hey all!  Just an update on our business hours. Until further notice, we will now be open Monday thru Saturday from 9am to 6pm!

• 11.17.11 || UPDATES!

Hi all! I know, I am terrible at updating the site ahead-of-time.. But I'll fill you in for those who don't already know. Our piercer, Kelsy, is currently out-of-state on vacation and will be back to the shop on the 30th of Nov.If you are interested in a piercing when she returns, please give the shop a call to schedule an appointment!

Site-related, something had been brought to my attention. In the INFO section, a customer wasn't able to view the main INFO page (where we have Frequently Asked Questions, as well as Piercing and Tattoo Aftercare) due to the 'Deals & Contests' sub-button blocking the entire main INFO button. If anyone else is also having this problem, please let me know (at admin@farsydetattoo.com) so I can work on fixing it. Thanks!!

We will be closed tomorrow for Halloween, but open again during normal business hours on Tuesday, Nov. 1st.

• 10.13.11 || LIVE AWESOME MUSIC TOMORROW NIGHT!

I know I am posting this pretty late, but if you happen to see this and don't already know about it, come check out the band SAGE at TomKats in Koloa tomorrow, Friday night, from 9pm to 1:30am!  SAGE is a San Francisco based band with singers/ukulele players from Kaua'i and O'ahu.  They will be touring a few of the islands this month, and you can find their record on iTunes (soon to be physically released)!  They play island rhythm & rock music in a different style than you're typically used to, so treat yourself to some new sounds!  Opening for them is Alyson's Anthem and Underrated.  There will also be door prizes all night including gift certificates to our shop and body jewelry give-aways!  This is a 21+ show, so sorry to those who can't quite make it. :(  Hope to see you there!

First and foremost, a big MAHALO to everyone for your support!!!

           

Now on to the reason of my title.  Tatas, boobies, call them whatever you wish, we love them all the same.  But on a serious note, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  This month, throughout all of October, with every tattoo and piercing we do, a portion will be donated to the cause of helping fight and find the cure for breast cancer.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of updates the... past two months.  Lots has been going on..  And if it weren't for my forgetful self, you'd know more about it.  Currently, Felix is here tattooing for a few more days (with a few spots available on Saturday & Sunday), Arthur is back from his vacation, and those of you on Jarod's waiting list should be receiving some e-mails (or letters in the post) verrry soon!

• 07.06.11 || MORE IN ARTHUR'S PORT & JEWELRY GIVE-AWAY!

We hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend!  Camping and fireworks, and time with family & friends.. That's what it's all about for us here on Kauai.

Just wanted to say... I FINALLY updated some new photos to Arthur's portfolio!  Take a look-see, it's a feast for your eyes. ;)

• 06.02.11 || NEW HOURS

Sorry, but we will be closing on Sundays for now.  We all need a day where we can all hang out together and not worry about the shop.

• 05.28.11 || PIERCING SPECIAL TIME UPDATE

So, we're going to be starting piercings from 3pm to close (8pm), from June 2nd - 8th (still by appointment only)!  Julian found out that he'll need to watch his adorable little monster, Desmond, for the first half of the day while his wife is at work, so we can't start any earlier.  Those of you who do have earlier appointments may keep them, but if you would like to switch over to a later time, that'd be nice too. : )

• 05.25.11 || HELLO??

Our phone line has been pretty wonky lately, so if you have been cut off while talking to us over the phone, we sincerely apologize.  We have gone through about 3 different sets of phones and realized that it just can't be the phone!  We are working to get this issue solved/fixed.

This was announced on 8/11, so we're a little late with this:

Kaua'i People brought Tattoo Shops into the category in 2009, and we had so much changes going on at around the time we found out then that we forgot mention it. We were voted as one of the top tattoo shops on Kaua'i last year and this year, so we'd like to send out a BIG MAHALO to all of our supporters for making it happen.

• 07.27.10 || EMAIL MESS

I apologize it took me so long to post this... But, if you had e-mailed either Jarod (jarod@farsydetattoo.com) or Kelsy (admin@farsydetattoo.com) in June or prior, and have not received a response, it may have been because of our e-mail mess up.. Long story short, it was a conflict between addresses that were set up with our computers that ended up deleting the messages we had and old computers crashing & new/old stuff mess.  And there's nothing we can do about it.. : \  So, a big sorry if you didn't get a message back.  Like, at all.  It took us a while to realize that messages were missing here and there.. I have no idea who some of the people were who e-mailed, let alone their addresses so.. if it wasn't time sensitive.. e-mail us back? : x
