• Each appointment requires a minimum $50 non-refundable deposit.
• Appointments and quotes for large tattoo projects are only made following a consultation.
• Cancellations and schedule changes MUST be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, NO LATER... Or you can kiss your deposit goodbye. :-)  Serious.  (Note: in the case of early schedule changes, we'll honor the deposit you made and carry it over to your re-scheduled appointment.)  The earlier you can inform us, the better.  The artists work hard and there are other clients scheduled, so it would only be courteous to everyone to give an advanced notice.
• Methods of payment accepted: paper presidents, VISA & MasterCard.
• Oh yeah, and... DO NOT get sunburned in the area you are going to get tattooed! We not only won't tattoo sunburnt skin, we simply can't.

MINORS planning on getting tattooed or pierced:

You must be 18 years of age or older in order to be tattooed or pierced without parental consent.  If you are under 18 at the time you wish to be tattooed or pierced...

• you MUST have a parent or legal guardian with you to sign the disclaimer form.
• Both you and your parent/legal guardian must present a valid license or photo I.D.
• Lastly, if you and your parent/legal guardian do not share the same last name, a birth certificate or marriage document must be brought in to prove relationship.

Note to visitors of Kaua'i:

If you would like to get tatooed by us, if you can, please call or e-mail the artist you'd like to work with at least a few weeks before arriving.  Yes, we prefer to see what you want to have covered up or speak with you about what you want in person, but... With our packed schedules, it's better to ensure that you'll have an appointment with us rather than crossing your fingers, toes and eyes, and hoping for the best when you walk through the door.  Plus, we'll only look at you funny if you walk in looking like that.  Same day appointments are sometimes possible, but rare...
